Cooking instructions:

Ingredients:

-          Sugar-free milk: 500 mL.

-          Panna Cotta Dessert Jelly Powder: 01 box.

 Cooking:

-          Boil 500mL of milk (with low heat).

-          Add the Panna Cotta Dessert Jelly Powder slowly to the boiling milk and stir well until the jelly dissolves (about 5-10 minutes).

-          Pour the mixture into the mold, ensuring that the height of the mixture in the mold is about 2 cm.

-          Let the mixture cool down and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

 

Cooking instructions of the Panna Cotta Dessert:

            Ingredients:

-          Alum: 500gr

-          Snow fungus: 01 piece

-          Almond (thin slices, well roasted) or roasted peanuts: a few

-          Fruits (personal tastes): canned litchi, longan, strawberry, kiwi,..

            Cooking:

-          Add 500 grams of sugar to 1 liter of water and boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.

-          Mix sliced water- soaked snow fungi with sugar syrup.

-          Put the mixture into the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

-          Slice the solidified jelly into pieces and put them in a bowl. Pour the above mixture of sugar syrup and snow fungi into the bowl to the level of personal tastes.

-          Add fruits (litchi, longan, strawberry, kiwi…) to the bowl, sprinkle the top with almonds (or well-roasted peanuts). Cool it and enjoy.
