Instructions for preparing “Jach Khuc Bach”
Ingredients:
– Unsweetened fresh milk: 500ml (1/2 liter).
– Jelly powder “Khuc Bach Tea”: 01 box.
How to prepare:
– Boil 1/2 liter of fresh milk (over low heat).
– Add the “Che Khuc Bach” jelly powder packet slowly into the boiling milk and stir well until completely dissolved (about 5 – 10 minutes).
– Pour the dissolved jelly mixture into the mold, so that the thickness of the jelly layer is about 2cm.
– Let the jelly cool until it solidifies, then put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
